COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:

Empty one bag/packet of herbs into the container. Add _____cups of cold water to the herbs. Soak the herbs for 15-30 minutes. (water should cover herbs by about 1 inch).
Alternatively, cover herbs completely in the water making sure all herbs submerge in it. Suppress with a spoon to ensure.

(1st cooking) Bring to a boil on a covered container. Reduce heat to medium-low (a slow boil) and cook until only half the liquid remains. This will take about 30 minutes. Strain liquid into a large glass jar or bowl.

(2nd cooking) Add _____more cups of water to the same herbs. (water should cover herbs by about 1 inch) Cook again until half the liquid remains. Add this liquid to the liquid from the first cooking.

Store tea in refrigerator and warm up before drinking.
