Eugenia Lai, a Medical Board Certified and MA licensed acupuncturist and Chinese herbalist, has been teaching the workshop in the neighborhood community education centers and senior centers with a popular following. She has a Master's degree from the New England School of Acupuncture. She has further advanced trainings with Ms. Kiiko Matsumoto and Dr. Xiao-Ming Chen; She also practices acupuncture techniques by Dr. Richard Tan and herbal knowledge by B. J. Wang of E-Shan Tang. Eugenia specializes in pain management including low back pain, joint pain, sciatic pain, headache and carpal tunnel syndrome..
